Sarah Davis
co-founder & ceo
Sarah spent the first half of her career in strategy and the second half in enterprise software sales. She launched her first company in 2018 while still in software, and that early venture eventually became Proven, which she now leads as co-founder and CEO.
She believes leaders don't know the full story of why their customers choose them, love them, or leave them, and she built Proven to fix that.
Sarah has personally conducted more than 4,000 customer conversations across enterprise software and services, working early to growth-stage CEOs, boards, and operators to surface the customer truth their teams can't get to.
She co-organizes the Revenue Track at Raleigh-Durham Startup Week and loves teaching customer discovery to local college students.
Mark Brenner

Mark is co-founder of Proven and founder of NarrowCast Ventures, an advisory firm that helps companies grow toward funding or successful exits.
He has spent more than 20 years working with founders, as an operator, an investor, and an advisor.
Mark founded four companies, two of which reached billion-dollar valuations: Prevue/TV Guide Interactive (60M homes), TVG/FanDuel Racing ($3B+ in annual transactions), Vidavee (acquired by Vignette/OpenText), and WEST.
Earlier in his career, Mark held roles at Salomon Brothers and Compass Advisors. Across his career, he has helped drive 57 transactions that generated $875M for founders and their companies.
